How do I reserve a vehicle?

Enter your details into our car hire search engine and we will search the market for the cheapest vehicles according to your requirements. Simply click through to the end supplier to reserve the vehicle online.

What happens next?

You will receive email confirmation of your booking and a voucher which you will need to print and take with you to the rental desk when you collect your vehicle.

I haven’t received my voucher

Firstly we recommend that you check that the voucher hasn’t been marked as spam in your email system. If you still cannot find your voucher please contact your car hire supplier, please remember to quote your booking reference number and lead driver’s name to help the supplier locate your voucher easily.

I want to add extras on to my car hire booking

When you make your reservation you are usually given a list of available extras and their approximate price. Extras are usually payable direct to the end supplier at the rental desk when you collect your vehicle.

What happens if I damage the vehicle?

You will find full details on your rental agreement, but usually you need to contact the supplier immediately after the damage occurs. You will find all the information you require such as contact numbers on the rental agreement. If you have taken out excess insurance you will be reimbursed the cost of the damage excess you have paid to the supplier.

What do I need to take with me to hire a vehicle?

Full details are on your rental voucher but usually you will need to bring your driver’s licence (both parts if you have a UK licence) A credit card in the lead driver’s name for the security deposit and to pay for any extras you have chosen. Often you will need to bring your passport for identity.
