Enterprise Rent-A-Car, in an effort to expand its massive network of car rental agencies, announced it will be opening the doors of a new branch in Stansted Airport. The location will add to Enterprise’s already giant network, which boasts over 325 locations, making it the largest in the UK.
The opening will mean the car rental giant now has agencies in all four of the major London airports in addition to most of the large international airports within the United Kingdom. The move shows that Enterprise is continuing to grow, even in this bleak economic climate. Since opening its first branch in 1994, Enterprise has continued to spread around the UK.
“The new Stansted Airport branch is a great addition for us. We’ve seen the airport grow into a key international facility and this is a real opportunity to further demonstrate our commitment to the airport rental market”, said Managing Director Khaled Shahbo of the South East Region.
Enterprise has also continued to broaden its services, adding value to their product in an effort to draw in new customers. This includes a groundbreaking pick-up service in which customers can have an Enterprise representative pick them up on the home, which means they can avoid costly airport parking, and the hassle of traffic.
