Japanese airline All Nippon Airways is now asking passengers to use the toilets before boarding in a move that will hopefully reduce carbon emissions with lighter passengers, which means lighter aircraft and fuel usage.
Passengers will be asked by airline staff close to the boarding gates in the terminal to relieve themselves before boarding.
