CarhireDirect.co.uk (referred to as ‘website’) offers access to services by organisations involved in the vehicle rental business. No liability is accepted for the performance of the service providers, we do not provide any representation, endorsement or warranties of any kind. You will be bound by the service provider’s terms and conditions which are made available throughout the booking process and must be accepted before booking your vehicle. Use of the website is at user’s risk. These terms are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Subject to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss and we shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to inaccurate information, disruptions, errors, delays, malicious software damage, content and availability of external websites we link to, or intellectual property right infringements. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We retain the right to change, refuse access or withdraw any part of the website at any time; termination shall be without prejudice to our other rights.
