Agueda is a municipality located in the district of Aveiro in central Portugal. It is bounded by the towns Alagoa, Gravanco and Ameal to the north and Randam, Vale Grande and Fujados to the south. The nearby towns of Borralha, Bicha Moura and Raivo are located east of Agueda. At its western end, the Espinhel, Casainho and Recardais can be found.
