Access to London City Airport is from Hartmann Road in East London. There is only one airport terminal building at London City Airport. At the airport you will find a full range of banking facilities including several ATMs and a foreign exchange. Postal services are provided as well as shops selling a variety of items such as newspapers, gifts, chocolates and electronics goods.

The airport has a few coffee shops and restaurants ranging from a small Tapas Bar to the Meridian Line Restaurant and also a Coffee Corner. For business travellers, a Business Centre is provided. Internet, fax, copying services are all available.

If you are not flying into the airport for your cheap car hire at London-City, but coming from London itself, you can easily reach London City Airport via the Docklands Light Railway (DLR). From Bank Station it is just 22 minutes and from Canary Wharf just 14 minutes from Poplar Station.

For those who intend to book car rental at London-City Europcar, Hertz and Avis all have rental counters at the airport. London City Airport in East London is situated three miles east of Canary Wharf and just six miles east of the City of London.

Please note for drivers planning to take their car into central London with car hire at London-City, you have to pay a daily congestion charge of £8.00 which your car hire companies can organise for you. For your information, London City Airport is not inside the London Congestion Charge zone.
